What We Do
The 90-96 Program in Wake County allows young people to have their first underage drinking charge voluntarily dismissed. After the dismissal is entered the client is eligible to file an expungement, which removes any record that the defendant was ever charged with the crimes that have been dismissed. In exchange for this, the program only requires that you take a drug or alcohol education class and refrain from picking up any new charges.
